DISA picks AT&T for defense network
AT&T will supply circuits and manage network bandwidth for the Defense Information Systems Network under the three-year contract.
The Defense Information Systems Agency has awarded a $95.4 million contract to AT&T Government Solutions. AT&T will supply circuits and manage network bandwidth for the Defense Information Systems Network under the three-year contract.
The contract will take up where expiring agreements leave off, according to AT&T.
DISA procures network services for the Defense Department. AT&T has been part of the DISN project in various capacities since the initial contracts were awarded in 1997.
