A-76 Seat Management Partnering Opportunity Sources Sought
The Internal Revenue Service has issued a request for information as it crafts a proposal strategy for information technology services, including telecommunications, according to an IRS notice.
The Seat Management Most Efficient Organization Pre-planning Team will submit the agency’s proposal in support of the seat management competition.
Seat management includes hardware and software acquisition and deployment, voice services, local-area network services, account administration, server infrastructure, noncorporate application server administration for computers running on Microsoft Windows operating systems, asset management, help-desk services, customer support, installation services, and training.
Responses are due by noon May 1. They should include information on corporate and staff experience with seat management programs of similar size, scope and complexity.
The services will be provided to approximately 103,000 employees at locations in the United States and internationally. The workload will fluctuate from 90,000 to 120,000 users, depending on the time of year.
