Phoenix claims 500 partners
The company says solution providers and resellers have responded quickly to its two-month-old effort to attract partners.
Phoenix Technologies, a developer of security and availability software, has signed 500 solution providers and value-added resellers to its network of channel partners, according to a company announcement.
Phoenix created the Trusted Partner Network in February. In a written statement, Phoenix President and Chief Executive Officer Albert Sisto said the rapid influx of partners demonstrates early success in the company's efforts to expand into the enterprise and government markets.
In the partnership program, Phoenix provides sales, marketing, training, and technical resources and tools to equip the partners to distribute the company's products. Partners may qualify for access to specific training program offerings based on their level of involvement.
