Government IT products provider offers telework kits
New telework kits have all the gear needed to work remotely.
If you or your agency is ready to telework, a company is providing everything needed to get started except for the four walls. Government IT products and services provider Red River released its customizable telework kits for remote workers this month, according to a company news release.
The packages include a desk phone or software-based telephone with headset, a router, and a laptop pre-loaded with the software required for Instant Messaging, Cisco MeetingPlace, WebEx and HD video teleconferencing. Multi-function printers, docking stations, dual 24-inch monitors, Web cams and speakers can be added.
The company provides a full year of help desk support and has an easy set up with color-coded instructions.
Employers can choose from four pre-packaged kits – RTK-Office, RTK-Pro, RTK-Ultimate or RTK-Complete – or can design their own. Contact the company for pricing information.
