Encrypted VoIP available for federal teleworkers

Officescape, an office solutions company that uses cloud-based technology, has received federal certification for its Telesecure Voice-over-Internet-Protocol (VoIP) product for enterprise and government teleworkers with special security requirements, according to a company news release.

Telesecure Voice Solution is more secure than other VoIP options because after the analog voice signal is taken and converted into a digital format, the data stream is scrambled, the release said.

Preventing replay, denial-of-service, signal/media manipulation and phone hacking attacks, it encrypts, validates and secures VoIP, the release added.
