Chart: Sectors with the Most iPad Activations

Who is activating iPads and who isn't.
Good Technology released its Mobility Index Report for the second quarter of 2014 with good news for government tablet fans: More employees are activating iPads.
The public sector recorded an increase in net activations, while there was a significant 11 percent increase in total iPad activations.
Overall, the report noted 70 percent of enterprises see it as a high priority to provide more mobile support to employees over the next 12 months.
"At the end of the day, we may talk about mobile devices, but in reality it’s all about the apps,” the report said. Document editing and secure instant messaging are the most widely used enterprise apps.
