In establishing a $100 million, five-year blanket purchase agreement, she united industry and intelligence agencies, expedited software acquisition via the Amazon Web Services Marketplace and paved the way for unprecedented research, development and information sharing. The cloud vehicle and efficient processes she developed have been adopted by five intelligence agencies and influenced the CIA's commercial cloud contract.
