Apple's next iteration of iOS could use a dose of flexibility. While Android boasts bilingual support while typing and the option for multiple user accounts, Apple has neither of these things.
What would really help the iPhone is an Android-like, customizable control center that allows users to choose which shortcuts you want right at your fingertips. Android also lets users change and remove default apps. Many people would love to boot Apple Maps off their iPhone, but Apple is unlikely to let that happen any time soon.
