worked on his church's Web site.

Management style: "Action oriented," he said. Standing 6 feet 7 inches

tall, Dies is aware that his height can be intimidating. He tries to compensate

for this by empowering people around him. "I don't do well in a hierarchal

situation. That's not my strength."
