Other initiatives already online or in the works:

* FirstGov users soon will be able to link to the government's 500 most-used services and their related forms through a service called "FedForms." The service directs users to agency sites that have forms posted online, some of which can be filled out online while others need to be printed and mailed.

* FirstGov officials are responding to a request to make it easier to file complaints to the government. Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) requested in November that FirstGov establish a prominent electronic complaint box that would send complaints to appropriate agencies, thus preventing citizens from having to know which agency to turn to.
