Tom Davis (R-Va.), Chairman
Davis also serves as chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee. He is a member of the Government Reform Committee's District of Columbia Subcommittee and the Census Subcommittee and is on leave from the Committee on Commerce. Davis is also one of four co-chairmen of the Information Technology Working Group, a group he founded to promote a better understanding of issues important to the computer and technology industries.

Kanjorski, elected in 1984, is the senior member of the Financial Services Committee and the ranking Democrat on the Capital Markets, Insurance and Government-Sponsored Enterprises Subcommittee. He also is a member of the Government Reform Committee's Government Efficiency, Financial Management and Intergovernmental Relations Subcommittee.
Doug Ose (R-Calif.)
Ose was elected in 1998, and he serves on the Agriculture, Government Reform and Financial Services committees.
Patsy Mink (D-Hawaii)
Mink served in the House from 1965-1977 and was re-elected in 1990.She also is a member of the Education and the Workforce Committee and its Early Childhood, Youth and Families Subcommittee.
