The Office of Personnel Management is asking vendors to expand its USAJobs.opm.gov site by adding features such as the ability to submit one resume for multiple job openings.OPM last month released a request for information outlining requirements for the Recruitment One-Stop portal, which is scheduled to replace USAJobs in January.OPM said vendors should expand on the USAJobs portal by improving the submission process for applications. It also called for new online services such as application status tracking, applicant database mining for federal hiring managers, eligibility screening and resume integration with agency systems.
