The Office of Management and Budget earlier this month revamped its Web site, applying the same three-clicks-to-service approach as the portal. The site, at , is modeled after the White House’s home page, which underwent a major redesign when President Bush took office.Navigation tools on the left side of the page make it easier for users to find documents. Users can browse subject areas, such as the president’s 2003 budget proposal and agency information, directly instead of having to click through several layers.OMB also added the Wastebasket, where visitors can e-mail examples of mismanagement or government waste, and Feedback and Forth, where the public can submit opinions, and other features. The front page now offers the latest media advisories and administration policy announcements, as well as links to information about the President’s Management Agenda and agencies’ scorecards.
