Roster Change

Tama Chalmers has been appointed as director of sales and business development for Verizon Federal Network Systems.

Chalmers will be responsible for driving sales for Verizon Federal Network Systems' suite of networking and security products and services within the federal information technology and telecommunications market.

She has more than 20 years of expertise in the government technology sector. Previously, at Verizon Federal Markets, Chalmers managed a team supporting telecommunications sales, business development and sales support that worked with federal, civilian, defense and intelligence agencies.

Prior to joining Verizon Federal Markets, Chalmers held several positions in KPMG's government consulting practice. There, she managed and marketed contracts that provided high-level consulting support to the Defense Department.
