OMB outlines 15 more joint business cases
The Office of Management and Budget this week listed 15 additional IT projects for which agencies will submit joint business cases for the fiscal 2004 budget, in addition to the 24 e-government initiatives and presidential projects such as the Faith-Based and Community Initiative and USA Freedom Corps.
The Office of Management and Budget this week listed 15 additional IT projects for which agencies will submit joint business cases for the fiscal 2004 budget, in addition to the 24 e-government initiatives and presidential projects such as the Faith-Based and Community Initiative and USA Freedom Corps.Mark Forman, associate director for e-government and IT, said this is a working list of joint business cases as supplied by agencies. OMB will create more joint business case opportunities as it reviews agency submissions against the Federal Enterprise Architecture Business Reference Model, he said.The list includes:Agencies that are managing partners of the joint projects are the only ones required to submit a business case, Forman said.
