Mary Dridi, chief financial officer of webMethods Inc., has been appointed to serve on Virginia's Governor's Council on Revenue Estimates.
The advisory group, which meets four times a year, is composed of business and government leaders selected by the governor to help review Virginia's six-year revenue plans.
"Virginia has been very supportive of webMethods as we grew from a two-person organization to a corporation supporting 900 employees," Dridi said. "I'm delighted to give back to the commonwealth on behalf of the company." WebMethods is the leading independent provider of integration software.

Thomas Reinhardt has been named vice president of homeland security business development for NCI Information Systems Inc.
He will be responsible for leading the company's effort to deliver systems and services to support federal, state and local counterterrorism initiatives.
Reinhardt is a West Point graduate and served in several positions during his military career. He also served on the White House staff, first in the Office of Management and Budget and then on the National Security Council staff. He was later appointed the executive secretary and chief of staff to the presidential commission that investigated the space shuttle Challenger accident.
In 1993, he was awarded the Edmund J. Randolph Award by the U.S. Attorney General's office for organizing the federal law enforcement response to the Los Angeles riots.
In the private sector, Reinhardt led Litton PRC's law enforcement business development efforts from 1993 to 1999 when he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting as business development manager.
