Army to get CACI systems
CACI will be paid $155 million for Intelligence and Security Command systems.
The Army's Intelligence and Security Command has awarded a contract worth as much as $155 million to CACI International Inc. to provide technology solutions to help combat commanders collect intelligence and interrupt enemy communications and intelligence systems.
Called GENESIS II, the contract includes one base year and four option years, which could bring the total value to $154.7 million.
CACI will provide mission support services at Intelligence and Security Command sites and other national intelligence agency sites, and for other army tactical units worldwide.
The company will offer a quick-reaction capability to meet intelligence requirements, including engineering and building portable electronic intelligence systems for ground and airborne use. CACI will also provide mission-support equipment such as power-generation systems, platforms and physical security systems.
