Stan Gutkowski, managing partner of USA Government Operations for Accenture, will be chairman of the Professional Services Council for 2005.
Stan Gutkowski, managing partner of USA Government Operations for Accenture, will be chairman of the Professional Services Council for 2005. The council's board of directors announced their selection today.
The PSC, an association for companies providing professional services to the government, will benefit from Gutkowski's appointment, said PSC president Stan Soloway.
"He will serve the association exceptionally well as it continues to grow and enhance its standing as the most effective and important voice for the government services industry," Soloway said. Gutkowski has been PSC vice chairman for a year.
The board elected Jim O'Neill, who is president of Northrop Grumman Information Technology, to be vice chairman, and Deloitte and Touche partner Rod Mateer as treasurer.
Gutkowski will follow Joseph Kampf, president and chief executive officer of Anteon, as PSC chairman.
