Lorentz joins FSG
Former chief technology officer at the Office of Management and Budget becomes new senior managing director
Norm Lorentz, a former chief technology officer at the Office of Management and Budget, is the new senior managing director of Federal Solutions Group.
“The senior management director position runs the business, so that’s what I’m going to be doing,” he said. “That’s really exciting for me.” Lorentz started his position March 7. “So far, so good,” he added.
Lorentz recently was senior vice president at DigitalNet. Shortly after BAE Systems acquired that company, Lorentz left to pursue other opportunities, he said.
Federal Solutions Group markets technology companies to the federal and state information technology markets.
He also spent six years at the U.S. Postal Service where he held several positions including senior vice President, CTO and chief quality officer.
