ManTech gets Navsea contract

ManTech International has won an $11.4 million to provide modeling and simulation and tactical training applications for Navsea.

ManTech International has won an $11.4 million contract from the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) to provide modeling and simulation and tactical training applications.

The contract supports the Navsea Program Executive Office, Integrated Warfare Systems. It requires ManTech to expand an existing interactive modeling and simulation program to include a wider variety of platforms and targets. The system simulates the locating, identifying, tracking and engagement of targets.

The application will be used in training for anti-submarine, anti-surface and anti-air warfare, among other uses.

The Navsea contract was awarded to ManTech’s Gray Hawk subsidiary, which ManTech acquired last month.
