AFCEA Bethesda chapter elects new slate of officers

The Bethesda, Md., chapter of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association has elected a new slate of officers. Each officer serves for two years beginning Sept. 1.
Phil Kiviat, a consultant with Guerra, Kiviat, Flyzik and Associates, is the new president. Ken Touloumes, vice president of federal programs at Pragmatics, will serve as president-elect for two years and then advance to the presidency.
AFCEA members also elected Harold Youra, president of Alliance Solutions, as vice president of programs. Elaine Dauphin, vice president for General Services Administration governmentwide acquisition contract programs at Computer Sciences Corp., was elected to be treasurer, and John Williams, business development director for Defense Department programs at BEA Systems, was elected secretary.
