Gary Bald was named to lead the FBI's new National Security Branch. He is currently executive assistant director for counterterrorism and counterintelligence. Philip Mudd, deputy director of the CIA's Counterterrorism Center, will serve as Bald's deputy.
Anthony Carlisi was named director of the Acquisition Operations Service at the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Tim Long becomes the chief development officer at Acquisition Solutions.
