Northrop Grumman chooses state and local VP
Jill Kale will become vice president of strategic program management, transitions and processes.
Northrop Grumman Information Technology has appointed Jill Kale vice president of strategic program management, transitions and processes for its Commercial, State and Local Solutions business unit.
Kale, who is currently vice president of airborne surveillance at Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems, will begin her new duties Jan. 1, 2006. She will be responsible for executing and overseeing major programs and will also develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
Hugh Taylor, president of the Commercial, State and Local Solutions business unit, said Kale has an extensive background in the aerospace industry that makes her a valuable addition to the group. She has also held vice president positions in sector operations, program operations, and systems development and technology programs at Northrop Grumman.
