EDS chooses co-CFOs

Ron Vargo and Tom Haubenstricker will share chief financial officer duties at EDS when Bob Swan leaves the company Mar. 15, the company has announced.

Vargo and Haubenstricker will also stay in their current roles at the company. Vargo is treasurer and Haubenstricker is vice president of finance administration. As co-CFOs, they will report directly to chairman and chief executive officer Mike Jordan.

“Ron and Tom combine the financial acumen and deep company knowledge to move EDS forward during this pivotal period,” said Jordan, in a written statement.
