Leto is new GTSI president, CEO

Dendy Young has stepped aside as president and chief executive officer of government solutions provider GTSI, which appointed James Leto to take on those roles.

Young will remain as chairman of the board, according to GTSI. The management shift is effective immediately.

Leto was previously CEO at Robbins-Gioia, a program management consulting firm. Before that, he was chairman and CEO at PRC, a systems integration company that is now part of Northrop Grumman. He was also general manager of AT&T’s Federal Computer Systems Division. Leto, a GTSI board member, will retain his seat.

The changes aim to “strengthen the operating and governance structure of our company,” Young said in a prepared statement.
