Raduege to lead a Deloitte & Touche center

Harry Raduege, former director at the Defense Information Systems Agency, will serve as chairman of Deloitte & Touche’s new Deloitte Center for Network Innovation.

The center, located in Washington, D.C., will focus on developing solutions for Deloitte & Touche customers who want to integrate their organization’s technology systems. It will also provide leadership and a meeting place to discuss network-centric solutions, according to a company statement issued today.

“I’m excited about this new opportunity to bring the power of net-centricity to the global workplace,” said Raduege, who retired as a three-star Air Force general this summer after 35 years in the service.

He is known for making improvements at DISA using 500-day plans of action and creating a command structure for overseeing the operation and protection of Defense Department networks. As DISA director, he also served as commander of the Joint Task Force for Global Network Operations.

The new center joins Deloitte & Touche’s Deloitte Center for Health Solutions led by Tommy Thompson, former secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services and former governor of Wisconsin. The center is part of the global consulting firm Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
