GovPartner expands e-gov offerings to mid-Atlantic
The company has developed technology that allows local governments to offer online citizen request management.
GovPartner, a San Diego-based technology company, is partnering with Schoor DePalma to expand e-government offerings in the mid-Atlantic region. Schoor DePalma is a New Jersey-based engineering and consulting firm.
GovPartner has developed technology that allows local governments to offer online citizen request management, parks and recreation, and services related to permitting, planning and code enforcement. It has more than a dozen municipalities as customers, including Hawaii.
Several cities in New Jersey selected the company’s request management software in late 2005 at the end of a competition.
The company has expanded its offerings nationwide through similar partnerships with other engineering and consulting firms. Its other partners include Bureau Veritas in the west, HRG Technology Group in the Midwest and Timmons Group, which provides services in Virginia, Washington, D.C., North Carolina and Canada.
