GSA official to retire in April
Tom Horan has worked at GSA for 23 years.
Tom Horan, acting deputy associate administrator of the Office of Governmentwide Policy at the General Services Administration, is retiring after 23 years at the agency. His last day will be April 28.
"It has been a wonderful career," said Horan, who has worked for the government for 32 years.
He has participated in many highly visible projects, including some with the CIO Council. Among other projects, Horan managed a governmentwide program to mentor information technology professionals.
He and his wife are moving to North Carolina.
