Perot appoints intelligence head
Former FBI official joins company to lead business development in intel, law enforcement agencies.
Perot Systems has hired David Szady to lead its effort to develop a stronger market in intelligence, counterintelligence, counterterrorism and law enforcement agencies. Szady is a former assistant director for counterintelligence at the FBI, according to a Perot announcement.
Jim Ballard, president of Perot Systems Government Services, said Szady "has been instrumental in pursuing counterintelligence reform" in the government and will be an outstanding addition to the company's leadership.
Szady has more than 33 years of service in the FBI as he comes to Perot. In his role as assistant director of counterintelligence, which he held for the past four years, he helped revise the bureau's strategy to reflect the challenges of the times.
