Raduege joins Cohen Group
The former DISA director is the company's new senior counselor.
The Cohen Group, a Washington, D.C.,-based international business advisory firm headed by former Secretary of Defense William Cohen, said it has hired former Air Force Lt. Gen. Harry Raduege, former director of the Defense Information Systems Agency, as a senior counselor.
Cohen said in an interview that he plans to use Raduege’s knowledge of communications systems gained over 35 years of military service to help the group’s growing list of domestic and international corporate and government clients.
Raduege said he believes he can use the experience he gained working with military communications systems to help the company’s corporate clients.
His experience can also serve potential Defense Department clients, he added, but the law precludes him from making any contact with DISA until August.
Since his retirement, Raduege has been tapped to serve as chairman of the Deloitte Center for Network Innovation. He is Deloitte and Touche’s senior adviser to government and commercial clients on network and technology issues.
