GSA seeks e-Travel tracking system
It issued an RFP for a management system to capture data and generate reports.
The General Services Administration announced today its intention to look for a management information system to support a governmentwide solution for capturing data and providing reports regarding government travel.
The system will support GSA's E-Gov Travel Service and the Defense Department's Defense Travel System, the announcement states.
GSA plans to award at least one indefinite-quantity, indefinite-delivery contract with a one-year base period and four one-year options. The agency may award multiple contracts and allow the vendors to participate in a trial period to demonstrate their capability and service level, according to the announcement.
Proposals are due by July 20.
