GTSI names VP of customer advocacy

Sandra Blaisdell, who spent 16 years with AT&T, will be responsible for identifying and resolving the service-related needs of GTSI customers.

GTSI has named Sandra Blaisdell vice president of customer advocacy.

She will be responsible for identifying and resolving the service-related needs of GTSI customers. She will work closely with all GTSI divisions, including Operations, Professional Services, Contracts, Sales and Marketing, according to an announcement.

Blaisdell, who reports to Scott Friedlander, GTSI executive vice president, spent 16 years with AT&T, working with Mountain Bell and USWest, where she held various senior positions. After working at USWest, she started a consulting firm and launched two cable and telecommunications businesses in Europe and the United States.

She holds master’s degrees from Purdue University and Arizona State University, and a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State.
