Keating joins SRA as Spectrum Solutions Group VP

Perry Keating has joined SRA International, a provider of technology and strategic consulting services to federal agencies. As vice president of the SRA Spectrum Solutions Group, he will be responsible for increasing the company’s business in the enterprise application solutions market.

SRA purchased Spectrum Solutions Group, a provider of enterprise solutions to the federal government, in November 2005. Spectrum, now known as the SRA Spectrum Solutions Group, operates as an independent unit in SRA.

Before joining SRA, Keating was senior vice president of global services at Siebel Systems, where he led professional and business consulting services, and technical training and end-user education. He was previously senior vice president of enterprise solutions at BearingPoint, where he headed the Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft and Siebel Systems practices.

“We are committed to accelerating our growth in [the EA] market, and Perry’s knowledge and experience will strengthen our capabilities in this area,” David Kriegman, SRA executive vice president and chief operating officer, said in a statement.
