Ragan joins GTSI as VP of finance, corporate controller
He will be responsible for all accounting functions, credit and collections, payroll and other activities in the finance organization.
Joseph Ragan III has joined government information technology provider GTSI as vice president of finance and corporate controller, the company announced today.
Ragan, who will report to Tom Mutryn, GTSI senior vice president and chief financial officer, will be responsible for all accounting functions, credit and collections, payroll and other activities in the finance organization.
Ragan brings more than 20 years’ experience in finance and accounting to GTSI. He has held financial management positions at organizations such as Winstar Communications, PSEG Global, AES, and Deloitte and Touche.
Ragan was a U.S Army military intelligence officer before starting his civilian career.
He has a master’s degree in accounting from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of the State of New York. Ragan is a certified public accountant in Virginia.
