Certain Software names D.C.-based director

Diane Stoner will direct federal sales and business development for the company's events planning software.

Certain Software, a company that provides meeting and events planning software to the federal government and other agencies, has named Diane Stoner director of its government services division. The business is based in San Francisco.

Stoner is rejoining the company after previously serving as its mid-Atlantic regional sales manager. In her new role, she will direct sales and business development from the company’s Washington, D.C., office. Her mandate is to increase Certain Software’s presence among federal agencies and affiliate organizations. The company recently received certification to sell its Register123 software through the General Services Administration Schedule.

Stoner has more than 12 years of management experience in sales and marketing, training, and association management. She has developed strategic marketing programs for organizations such as the American Red Cross, DirecTV, Baxter Healthcare, Georgetown University and the American Dental Association.
