Army gives ManTech support contract

The Army has awarded ManTech International, a provider of national security technologies and solutions to federal agencies, a contract to maintain a portion of the service’s global property management services and accountability programs.

According to Fairfax, Va.-based ManTech, the task order, issued under the Headquarters Army Field Support Command’s Global Property Management Services contract, has a base of one year and four option years, with a total value of about $80 million.

ManTech will provide property management and readiness tracking, automated records maintenance, property accountability, and other services at Fort Lewis, Wash.; Fort Hood, Texas; Fort Riley, Kan.; Fort Carson, Colo.; Fort Sill, Okla.; Fort Richardson, Alaska; Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, and Fort Wainwright, Alaska.

“ManTech has extensive experience in logistics, supply support operations and services, operations and maintenance, systems integration and information technology,” said Eugene Renzi, ManTech’s senior executive vice president and president of the Defense Systems Group.
