CSC names president of Civil Division
Tom Anderson has been named president of Computer Sciences Corp.'s North American Public Sector business unit's Civil Division, the company announced today.
In his new role, Anderson will provide executive leadership and strategic direction for much of the company's business with civil agencies of the federal government.
Previously, CSC's civil agency business was managed by two groups in the company. The division was recently consolidated to better prioritize investment decisions, align resources, and maximize experience and capabilities across agencies. The division has about 4,000 employees.
Before joining CSC, Anderson was a vice president at Raytheon Information Solutions. Before that, he oversaw strategic programs at Northrop Grumman Information Technology and worked at Federal Data Corp. and Boeing Computer Services.
Anderson is on the board of directors of the Information Technology Association of America, a member of Potomac Officer's Club and a member of the Industry Advisory Council.
