Little replaces Lloyd as CFO at ATSC

Stuart Lloyd resigned as chief financial officer at ATS Corp. May 31 because he needed to attend to personal family matters, the company announced May 22.

Lloyd's resignation is unrelated to his work performed at ATSC and he will remain an employee through June 8 to assist in transition
matters, the company said.

Pamela Little, ATSC's vice president of finance, will replace him. She has more than 25 years' experience and was vice president and CFO at Athena Innovative Solutions, ZKD and DAI before joining ATSC.
