IntelliDyne names new CFO
Alan Smith joined IntelliDyne as chief financial officer in late June. He will be responsible for executive oversight of all finance and accounting operations at IntelliDyne.
Smith began his accounting career at Deloitte at Touche in 1989 in its Government Contractor Audit and Accounting Practice. In 1995, Smith joined OAO Technology Solutions as the controller and eventually moved up to vice president of acquisitions and investments. In 1998, he joined Turner, Harper and Associates, an 8(a)-certified firm, as CFO. Smith returned to OAO in 2000 as vice president of new ventures where he played a role in the sale of the company to Lockheed Martin at the end of 2001.
After the sale, Smith took on the finance manager role for the largest line of business in the Lockheed Martin Information Technology. In 2002, he joined Barker Ventures as a partner and CFO. In 2006, he joined Sa-Tech as its interim CFO.
