Letter: State Department Web site still dry

In regard to "State Department opens up with Dipnote blog," I have not seen any openness in this and other features. The State official Web site is very dry news. Now the internal opennet Web site, which was in a drag-down format, has shifted to the bland Web site that the department is offering the public. Insiders are still trying to figure out the changes. The old one is said to be down in a month. The dry cablese needs to be more informative.
