Microsoft adds manager of Healthcare Provider group

Jack Hersey joins Microsoft U.S. Public Sector as general manager of its Healthcare Provider group, a new health provider business focused on university health care, state and county hospitals, and federal health providers.

Hersey's focus will be to bring Microsoft’s investments in health-related technologies and partner solutions to the public health market.

Hersey joined Microsoft in 1994 and previously worked in the company's Worldwide Public Sector, where he was responsible for the development and execution of its customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning business.
