Letter: Pay for performance doesn't live up to the ideal
A reader says many NSPS employees receive smaller raises than their General Schedule counterparts.
Regarding “Report: Don't give up on pay-for-performance system”: Although pay for performance is an admirable idea, reality isn't matching the idea. Most Defense Department employees under the National Security Personnel System received a substantially smaller pay increase than our General Schedule equivalents.
