Letter: Jobs posted publicly are for existing favored employees

Regarding, "Government is hiring more senior-level workers from outside," a reader writes: If, only your article were true in my case. For the past five years I have applied to GS-14/GS-15 position[s] based on my 20 years [of] contracting [experience] to the government, and I have yet to be asked [for an] interview.

application aligns with the wording (based on experience), then the position gets cancelled....
So, back to the process and applying.
