Regarding "DOD rallies around Lean Six Sigma," a reader writes: Your article includes statements from noncredible sources such as Mr. Hawald from Robbins-Gioia who has no real experience or
background in [Lean Six Sigma] in the military. He is totally off in all his data.
I have been assisting the deployment of LSS in the major Army command 'AMC' before the Army officially launched their program and AMC is responsible for most of the Army's success. You should have used sources that knew what they were talking about because most of your facts and nomenclature are way off reality.
