Regarding "Some participants protest new Thrift Savings Plan policy," a reader writes: [I] don't have a problem with being limited to two changes per month. What concerns me -- and I want stopped -- is everyone else losing money because of these 3,000 people going overboard. If the number's down to [fewer] than 600 now, the TSP can pass the costs of multiple day directly over to those doing more than 2 per month. Let them pay -- not the rest of us.
