IRMCO honors management work

One person, one team win 2008 IRMCO awards.

CAMBRIDGE, Md. -- The Interagency Resources Management Conference honored two management efforts with awards at a luncheon here today.


Curtis Turner, a program manager with the Department of Labor won the Interagency Resources Management award for an individual, while the team award went to the Air Force's Joint Strike Fighter Team.


Turner's honor was for his efforts to make the GovBenefits. gov Web site more useful and easily used.


The award recognizes the ability to work across organizational boundaries to improve government services. IRMCO is a General Services Administration conference.
