I would like to applaud the [General Services Administration] and its administrator for taking the first steps in establishing an advisory panel that will be looking into the issues that have surrounded the [multiple award schedule].

Regarding, "Doan seeks advice on schedule program":
I would like to applaud the [General Services Administration] and its administrator for taking the first steps in establishing an advisory panel that will be looking into the issues that have surrounded the [multiple award schedule], and more specifically, the Price Reduction Clause, for a number of years. It is a good first step.
But based on the released participants list, I would have hoped that GSA would have considered the addition of others that have been involved in the day-to-day compliance of such issues as the price reduction. The current makeup from industry seems to consist solely of industry coalition organizations and lacks practitioners.
