Regarding "Lurita Doan resigns as GSA administrator": Ms. Doan was one of the best change managers around. It is too bad two small incidents took her down. Compared to the thieves in the White House, Senate and House, those incidents are insignificant.
Ms. Doan should hold her head up high as she was a hands-on, caring leader of an organization that needed leadership.
