Treasury promotes Taylor to FinCEN CIO

Ann Taylor has become the Treasury Department's chief information officer for the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network and associate director of FinCEN's Technology Solutions and Services Division. She has been acting CIO since Edward Dorris left the position in February. Most recently, Taylor was FinCEN's assistant director of customer relations management.
