Comings and Goings: Steven Smith fills new chief position at SBA

Steven Smith is the new chief of the Executive Office of Disaster Strategic Planning and Operations at the Small Business Administration.

Smith was the chief executive officer and chief operating officer of small businesses that provided open-source information, risk management and security solutions to government and commercial clients. He also served for 34 years in the Navy and retired with the rank of rear admiral.
